These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of carnibighe.bond and the interior design services provided by Carnibighe, Rua de Cedofeita 256, 4050-180 Porto, Portugal.
Carnibighe provides café and hospitality interior design services including concept development, technical design, project management, and styling. Scope and fees are defined in individual project agreements quoted in EUR.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content including text, images, and designs is owned by Carnibighe or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Consultation fees (from €180 EUR) are payable in advance. Quotations are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated. A signed agreement and deposit are required before design work commences.
Design fees are invoiced in EUR. Standard payment terms: 40% on signing, 30% at technical design approval, 30% on handover. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under Portuguese law.
Clients must provide accurate site information, timely feedback, and necessary permits. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines and incur additional fees.
Design concepts and drawings remain Carnibighe property until full payment. Upon final payment, clients receive a licence to use designs for the specified project. Designs may not be reused for other locations without agreement.
Carnibighe liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect losses, contractor delays, or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Porto, Portugal. EU consumers retain mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
